Welcome to actor/martial artist Michael Jai White\'s Kyokushin Karate session.
Michael Jai White is not only a multiple black belt holder in seven Karate styles with 26 titles, but he is also an accomplished stuntman, actor, writer, and producer.
This Yale and Brown University graduate began his long passionate martial art career at the age of eight years and has continued it inside and outside of his film career.
His long repertoire of movies includes Exit Wounds, The Dark Knight, Universal Soldier, Spawn, The Legend of Bruce Lee, Undisputed II, Black Dynamite, Blood and Bone, and numerous others.
He teaches street fighting principles, self-defense, and increasing speed and strength.
With this course, learn tips on how to best defend yourself on the streets.
The IDMA courses are made up of multiple levels (similar to belt levels) that are arranged in order of difficulty and skill level.
Courses start with the basics and gradually move to more advanced concepts and techniques. Each level is broken down into numerous individual videos, consisting of techniques, concepts, and forms. The breaking down of each level with many short length videos maximizes learning potential.
What do I get if I buy a level?
Each level (belt level) is purchased individually. You receive unlimited access to the content of the level purchased for a period of one month, for only $9.99 USD.
Levels are approx 45 minutes in length.
