Middle Range
This range, using the double stick, is when you can strike your opponents body using your sticks. Patterns and key notes are taught in this section, covering attack, defense and movements. |

Disarms
This fun section contains nine disarms using different angles, strikes, and parts of the stick(s). Some are fast and can be used in combat, while other help teach you leverage. |
 | Description: This is a basic disarm and is more for practice of leverage than actual combative use. It is considered to slow for fighting. | | 1min. 25sec. |
